So coverage is not the reason anyone moves. The reason, when there is one, is usually the ladder. List Perfectly lists it on Pro Plus, from **$99 a month**. Below that sit plans at $29, $49 and $69. Shopfront runs sale detection on every plan, with the check frequency set by your plan rather than gated behind a tier. If you are on List Perfectly's $29 or $49 plan and have been delisting sold items by hand, that is the difference worth pricing. If you are already on Pro Plus and happy, this guide probably is not for you — you are paying for the whole product and getting it. ## Before you start: what you would be giving up Two things, and both are real. **Four marketplaces.** Poshmark, Mercari, Etsy and Instagram. Shopfront reaches none of them. Sort your last three months of sales by marketplace before you go further; if a meaningful share came from those, stay on List Perfectly. **Uncapped listings.** List Perfectly does not meter listings or crosslisting on any tier, which is genuinely good if you run a very large catalogue. Shopfront caps active products on every plan below enterprise. Listing and delisting *actions* are never charged per use, but the catalogue ceiling is real — check the [plan limits](/pricing/) against your item count before you commit to anything. Facebook Marketplace is the exception to how the rest behave. It has no public API, so Shopfront dispatches every list and delist through a Chrome extension in your own browser rather than server-side, which means those actions need your browser open. ## Step 2: Import from your fullest channel Shopfront imports live listings from **eBay, Depop, Grailed and Shopify**, photos and details included. It reads from the marketplaces, not from List Perfectly, so nothing has to come out of List Perfectly for your listings to arrive. That also means List Perfectly's catalogue depth, the thing you may have been paying for, is not what determines how much comes across — what determines that is how complete your listings are on the marketplace you import from. Export anyway, before you cancel. List Perfectly offers unlimited CSV downloads of your catalogue on its Business and Pro plans, with image links included, and you can filter what goes into the file. That export holds notes, SKUs, costs and sold history — the records Shopfront does not read from a marketplace because marketplaces do not hold them. On the Simple plan there is no CSV download, so copy anything you need by hand while the account is live. Import from one channel only. eBay usually holds the richest descriptions. Pulling the same products from a second channel afterwards is the standard way to end up with everything duplicated. **Try it on a small batch first.** Import a handful of items and check them against what is live before you go further. After step 2 your products already exist in Shopfront, so you are publishing them outward to two more channels rather than retyping anything. The cost is listing age on the existing Facebook and Vestiaire posts. Decide whether to take those down or leave them running until they sell. ## Step 4: Do not let both tools delist If you are on List Perfectly's Pro Plus tier, auto-delist is active and you have two systems that both want to act on a sold item. Turn it off per channel before Shopfront takes that channel over. Worth knowing what that feature actually requires, because it changes how much you are giving up. List Perfectly's own pages state that auto-delist needs the Pro Plus plan, the extension installed with the device left on and each marketplace logged in, Sales Detection switched on, listings correctly linked in your catalogue, and quantity set to 1 — a listing with quantity 2 or more is deliberately left alone. If any of those were not true for you, auto-delist was not protecting the listings you thought it was. If you are on a lower tier, there is nothing to switch off — which makes this the simplest step in the guide, and is also the point of switching. Either way, verify before you move: - Every product you expected is in Shopfront, once — not twice. - Photos came across in order, with the right one first. - Prices match what is live now, not what you paid. - Sizes, brands and conditions survived the import. Spot-check ten rather than trusting a count. - Anything that failed to import has been handled rather than quietly dropped. Then move one marketplace at a time. ## Step 5: Cancel List Perfectly Check which tier you are actually on before you cancel, because the plan you signed up on may not be the plan you are being billed for after any upgrade. If you climbed to Pro Plus specifically for auto-delist, that is the line item the switch is meant to remove — confirm Shopfront is detecting sales on every channel you sell through first. Keeping the account open while you verify is fine. Leaving it delisting on a channel Shopfront has taken over is not. ## Common snags **A duplicated catalogue.** Importing the same products out of two marketplaces. Import from one, confirm, publish outward. **Facebook listings not going out.** The extension is not installed, or the browser is closed. Those actions queue rather than fail. **Hitting a plan ceiling mid-import.** Shopfront caps active products by plan.
