Items too large for standard satchels or post boxes — furniture, gym equipment, whitegoods, bicycles. Bulky goods require custom freight quotes or courier booking. Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree (buyer collects) are the most practical sales channels for bulky goods because shipping economics are rarely viable. When shipping is necessary, cubic weight (the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight) often applies.
