Change of Mind

When a buyer wants to return an item simply because they no longer want it, not because anything is wrong with it. Under Australian Consumer Law, sellers are not obligated to accept change-of-mind returns unless their store policy or the platform's policy says otherwise. eBay's managed returns allow you to set your own change-of-mind return policy.
