Feedback Score (eBay)
A running total of positive minus negative feedback received on eBay, displayed as a number next to your username. New sellers start at 0. A score above 10 with 100% positive rating establishes baseline trust with Australian buyers. Feedback score affects buyer willingness to purchase and is one component of eBay's Top Rated Seller assessment. Negative feedback from a legitimate dispute cannot be removed — but a seller's response to it is visible and can mitigate its impact.
