Handling Time
The number of business days between receiving payment and dispatching the parcel. Set in your eBay or Etsy shop settings. Shorter handling time (same day or 1 business day) improves eBay search ranking and buyer conversion. Longer handling time is useful when you're sourcing to order or need buffer for busy periods. Missing your stated handling time repeatedly generates eBay defects and negative feedback.
