Pickup Fee
A charge added by some carriers for collecting parcels from your address, in addition to standard delivery rates. Australia Post MyPost Business does not charge a pickup fee when using Click & Send (you drop parcels at an outlet). Aramex and CouriersPlease charge pickup fees for on-demand collections. Scheduled regular pickups may have lower or no fees under account arrangements. Pickup fees can erode margins for low-volume sellers — dropping parcels at outlets is usually more economical.
