Sourcing Trip
A dedicated visit to one or more op shops, markets, garage sales, or other sources to acquire resale inventory. Effective sourcing trips are planned: research which op shops restock on which days, bring a charged phone for Google Lens and eBay checks, bring cash in small denominations, and bring a bag or box for items. Track the sourcing cost and items acquired per trip to calculate sourcing efficiency over time.
