Edwardian fashion covers the British reign of Edward VII (1901–1910) and the half-decade afterward — the world that Downton Abbey, Howards End and Titanic dramatise. For women it is high-necked lace and chiffon blouses with deep pintucks and bertha collars, long fitted skirts that grew straighter as the decade moved on, the S-bend corset early in the era and the empire silhouette returning by 1908, large picture hats trimmed in feathers and silk flowers, and parasols. For men it is the lounge suit becoming standard daywear, frock coats and morning coats for formal occasions, stiff detachable collars, bowler hats, walking canes. The revival lives largely with historical costumers, period-drama fans, vintage brides and a recent TikTok subgenre styling Edwardian blouses with modern jeans as 'old-money cottagecore'.

Not Victorian — Edwardian is the post-1901 lighter, more pastel and slightly looser successor; Victorian is the heavier, darker, bustled 1837–1901 era.
